Today we recognize John Hari Niranjan Mcdougall- Goulet!
John has been offering free online classes to members of the community during the COVID-19 pandemic. In times of uncertainty, John used his skills to give back the gift of yoga though virtual classes. John is a yoga instructor at Yoga by the Sea and at the Sechelt Activity Center. John has graciously offered his classes to Sunshine Coast Hospice Society as well for the volunteers. He shares his love for the community. He mentioned that he, ” Loves the relaxed place of a smaller community. There are close knit connections here which creates more familiarity.”
